@NetPatriot Ive never been in a real life volcano scene. But Im just saying it looks CGI.. Plus why would there be people up there taking photos and recording, when they know they in great danger. Anyways, Its just my opinion. You probably right.. No big deal

I can tell you this is authentic video from the governments owned TV station RUV, and that tens of thousand ppl went up there to take pictures of that puny new volcanic crack in the ground there, just check out more videos of the same here on youtube, this btw is not the big volcano Eyjafjallajokull that erupted a month later

CGI? I don’t think so. Looks real to me!!!! Real eruptions show redish lava with solid rock in the flow like you see here in this authentic video., not the red diarrehea you see in sci-fi movies.

But you should know Katla has erupted regularly every 60-80 years or so since records began and she last erupted in 1918 so she is overdue, also in the other 3 times Eyjafjalla glacier has erupted (not counting this time) Katla has also erupted around the same time
hmm thats like about 22 years past deadline and 75% likelyhood of eruption looks bad.

the volcano’s on iceland have though all time had some eruptions now and then.. it might even be a good thing, since the volcano-ashes make such a big air-traffic-stopper in Europe, and it will probably develop. (especially if Katla also erupts..)
