Just a few minutes ago the live underwater BP camera feed was cut at approximately 18:23 and they began sending out a replay from four hours ago, 14:45 or so. Just prior to the cut of the live video feed, an enormous explosion of more crud and gases begins to erupt, at one point completely obfuscating the cameras view. It is obvious the BP folks cut the feed so the public will not see this latest acceleration of the underwater catastrophe. This is the last of the live feed prior to it being cut moments ago. Watch as at 17:56 in the video the plume starts turning light colored tan/red and begins to enlarge dramatically, then unleash in a fullout explosion that engulfs the camera. @HarvestGroup There are multiple scenarios that can cause a catastrophic situation that would kill millions of people in the gulf. Not just due to toxins in the water and air but also there is a high possibillity of a MASSIVE volcanic eruption and a tsunami if the insanely high pressure gets released that is many experts say is building up like bubble under the well.

we are all to blame we are all turning the keys on are cars each day so the oil giants keep drilling there are so many new ways to power a car with clean energy electric cars ? we have the technology we also have oil giants buying the pantent of new inventions just so they can sell this out of date fossil fuel

@GregJoshuaW Its obvious that at least one-quarter of the debris is crude oil. Yes, not all of it is oil, theres lots of dirt mixed in, but oil is definitely part of this mixture.
Greg is right that is mud that is erupting out, with a little oil. They are on the verge of capping this well, no thanks to Obama and his bunch. Also thanks to ” no more drilling offshore”, the price of oil went up $3.00 a barrel, can you say $6.00 a gallon for gas.
Why BRITISH petroleum was in the gulf of MEXICO in the first place, is beyond me.

I’m not defending this at all, so don’t take it wrong — but I am pretty certain the “eruption” is not oil — it’s caused by their attempt to top fill the hole with a mud mixture. So, you are seeing plumes of mud back pressuring against the oil.
I happened to see it live also. It was obvious to me as the live feed was cut there problems got worse.
We need to starve these parasites out.

Bad thing is, all this oil going into the environment will reek havoc for who knows how long. Another bad thing is that one of the Major oil companies that was cutting our dependence on Arab and communist oil will probably die in all this. If the boycotts don’t kill them, the lawsuits and expenses of stopping and cleaning up this mess will. Smells rotten to me.
