The trajectory of this rules out it being a planet or a start, it moves upwards until its out of the video window and then 8090 minutes later it reappears way down by the top of the mountain, no star or planet could do that… There are some very strange things happening on those mountains in Iceland its like the mountain surface keeps changing and it looks to have things coming out of the rock formations moving around the mountain. Beep, that one is funky. I am seeing the exact same thing down here, off the coast of Central Florida. There are three of them out over the water, every night. People always flip out, when I point them out to them.
They aren’t stars or planets. The little suckers flip and flash colors like crazy, sometimes.

The lights in question seem to be two unrelated objects, but I can’t belive no one is mentioning the TARDIS thats parked to left of center on the video. What ever is up on that mountain, the doctor will handel it.
